Some people...

Today while driving from Honolulu to Kahuku I ended up behind a driver that couldn't quite figure out the rules of using the brights on their car. First, as the sun set, they attempted to operate the lever which controls the brights which resulted in a series of flickers. Once lever operation had been sorted out, the FIRST car that came in the opposing lane flashed "us" because they forgot to turn them off as the car approached. After the car passed, the lights dimmed. Every once in a while they got it right but then quickly reverted back to failure.  This happened repeatedly for the 10 or so miles I was behind this person. I am going to asume they may have been under the influence and move on.   Grr.
